Row As One Institute's mission is to develop an empowering and safe learning environment for women and girls of all cultures, backgrounds and ability through recreational and competitive rowing. Our organization brings world-class coaching and custom-designed programs to girls and women.

Row As One is based on three fundamental beliefs:
1)	To empower girls and women through the physical and mental challenges and rewards of rowing.
2)	To help make rowing accessible to girls and women of all backgrounds and abilities, especially populations who are not traditionally recognized as rowers and athletes.
3)	To research and evaluate the impact of rowing and experiential learning on girls' and women's development.
