WeCanRow Conference and Rowing Clinic

This Conference serves two purposes - provide coaching for WeCanRow participants and an orientation weekend for those interested in starting a WeCanRow program at their club.

Row As One (RAO) is excited about the rapid growth and direction of the WeCanRow program - which has expanded to 7 sites. The expansion is largely due to the holistic approach to mind/body connection pioneered by RAO founder, Holly Metcalf, in her over 25 years of coaching traditional athletes - including the national team - and non traditional athletes.

The Conference and Clinic has something for everyone - technical improvement, program orientation and networking with fellow rowers and coaches.

The clinic includes rowing 2 times per day and workshops on training and fitness.
	The price for this clinic is $550 and includes meals, housing and rowing activities.
	Accommodations are cozy, lake-front cottages.
	Easy to get to - 15 minutes from Gainesville airport
