A typical day at camp looks like the following:

Day 1

	3:00 pm	Registration and check in

	4:00 pm	Orientation

	5:45 pm	Dinner



Day 2-5	6:30 am	Rowing Session 1

	9:00 am	Breakfast

	10:00 am	Video Review

	11:15 am	Rowing Session 2

	1:15 pm	Lunch

	2:15 pm	Free time (massage times)

	3:00 pm	Training seminar, optional row, massage times

	5:45 pm	Dinner

	7:00 pm	Optional lecture/auction



Day 6	6:30 am	Final row

	9:00 am	Breakfast

	10:00 am	Closing ceremony

	11:00 am	Check out
