Levels
Learn to Row: Any one who has ever wanted to row. All
you need is to pass a swim test.
Novice: Less than one year of rowing or just coming back
after a long absence. We assume you are rowing at least twice a week and
do limited land workouts.
Intermediate: Between 1 and 3 years of consistently rowing
3 times/week. Need technical work to improve performance and boat speed.
Limited racing experience.
Advanced: Racing consistently and rowing 3-5 days per
week, doing on-land supplemental workouts (weights and/or cross training),
and need technical work to improve performance and
boat speed.
